blueBlocks Rewards Software

The blueBlocks Rewards module for ASP.NET provides everything you need to create and manage an online, points-banking, reward system. With a configurable rewards catalogue, the software gives you the ability to manage your reward offerings, allocate reward points and allow users to redeem their points via an ecommerce-like reward shop. The module also includes the functionality associated with monitoring points spend, producing benefit-in-kind (BIK) reports and managing the order fulfillment with internal and/or external suppliers.

The Rewards module includes blue's "Dream Reward" feature - a mechanism that allows users to choose something they really want from the reward catalogue. Once an item has been selected, the user will recieve motivational, on-screen messages as they accumulate points and get closer to being able to afford their Dream Reward. Administrators can draw upon this data when producing motivational communications, helping to highlight the potential benefits of meeting certain criteria.

Extend the Rewards module with other components from the blueBlocks product suite - such as the blueBlocks Target Tracker or blueBlocks Quiz modules. These modules can be configured to "pay-out" rewards when certain criteria has been reached, encouraging performance improvement and employee engagement.
