Sometimes the best way to motivate and reward your employees is to simply say "thank you". The blueBlocks Recognition module for ASP.NET is a cost-effective tool that can help increase team morale, employee engagement and staff performance.

The blueBlocks Recognition module is a fun, interactive online mechanism that empowers you and your employees to recognise and thank each other for a job well-done. The module can also be used to capture staff nominations against specific campaign objectives. Nominations can then be viewed and adjudicated via an online panel, using pre-specified, evaluation criteria.

The Recognition module utilises branded, electronic thank you messages (or nomination notifications) that can be sent directly to the nominees. Messages are also stored in the system and contribute to a "hall of fame" that the rest of the business can see.
